Column oven for ThermoFisher µPAC™ NEO nanoLC columns
Especially for the µPAC columns originally developed by Pharmafluidics, the Sonation column oven is now also available in a tailored and optimized version. As with the other models, the use of the column oven brings two invaluable advantages:
- A higher column temperature results in a significantly higher flow at the same pressure, which speeds up sampling and washing cycles.
- Due to the temperature stabilization, the measurements are independent of fluctuations in room temperature which ensures the comparability and reproducibility of your data.

Higher column temperature
By heating up the column, it is possible to increase the flow rate while maintaining the same pressure, or to use longer columns at the same pressure and throughput. This leads to shorter measuring cycles with consistently good results.

Simple usage
The temperature can be set on the analytical computer via the supplied software. For automated applications, the column temperature can be controlled via a control input or via a program interface.
